@MMS: JiffyDOS and SJLOAD does not allow interrupts. :/
@Mad: I've created a very simple benchmark to test the loading time of 48k data. I'll do some measurements tomorrow or during the weekend with 1541 serial/parallel, 1551, 1581 and of course SD2IEC.
