Kenz just wrote that he will send out the boxes within the next 2-5 days (maybe some more).. But all is ready to be shipped.. All of the collectors editions are sold out!! 42 items will be send out, and Kenz don't know if he'll prepare another charge soonish.. Seems you people got some kind of rarities  ..
