I've tried at least 5 times over the last few weeks, I can't seem to preorder it.. I get this from the page:
10606 Buyer cannot pay. - Transaction rejected, please contact the buyer.
Well.. yeah, I can pay. I have no problems except for here. It happens when I check out via Paypal and am reverted back to the page after I logon.
