I've performed some tests in order to know the power of this masterpiece SW.
The timing results of executing a simple BASIC program with FOR...NEXT, ARRAYS and string functions are the following:
CBCCWIF: 14%
AUSTROSPEED: 34%
(Standard BASIC 100%)
This means that you can obtain a code running 2.4 times faster than an Austrospeed compiled code, and 7.1 times faster than the standard interpreter speed.
Not too bad!!!
