Hey, first release of DFLIConv2 is available here:

This is a command line converter, run it with
> dfliconv2 -h
for help.

This is only a v0.1 for early birds, more of a proof of concept, but it already has pretty good results. The converter is written in Java, so it is multi-platform and it is open-source.
