After chatting with Mike Dailly all week I have now got Minus4 to run on my Machine Mike said to try: This may work... create a shortcut... right click and bring up properties. Select the PROGRAM tab and find the text box "CMD LINE" at the END of this add " -s -t -a" notice so it reads something like... "<path>minus4.exe -s -t -a" And she was running I had a quick look at the options and there was one for "Sample Active" as soon as I click this it dies. Must be my sound card. This is not a problem as Mike has supported good sound with Minus4. So try this if you've never got Minus4 to load. Thrust is wicked on Minus4. Check it out NOW!! Cheers for that Mike. If you run minus4 from the command line (those brave enough to do so!) you can import sampled tapes (sampled at 44.100 - Mono), Enable a 50Hz mode-x screen mode, auto run .PRG files and more... Theres more on loading real tapes into Minus4 on my homepage for those keen to try... This is a last ditch effort at getting those fav games into emulators....
