He had a different one, connecting to his expansion port splitter. But I could not find an image for that.
Okay. Just checked: I wrote some stupid thing. I meant his userport from http://www.solder-synergy.de/plus4/hardware/index.html. His PCB (as a lot from that time) look very similar.
