There is a two page article about C= +4 on the Hungarian Prohardver.hu, one of the better computer related sites here.
(sorry it is Hungarian, maybe I will do soona draft translatioin)
I think it is rather correct article.
It tells the original aim of Mr.Traimler, properly evaluates the main HW elements (pro and contra too).
How it became such an expensive machine, and how it became a success in few countries due to it's reduced price.
