I do  Not necessarily RLE, but a form of tokenizing compression. I think it should be simple to implement, quick to decompress (so no delay for the user). Though that's on the technical side, from a UI point, I think any newly coded diskmags should have proportional fonts. (See "Attitude" on C=64. One has to admit, they have more diskmags and better ones, but they also have massive number of people working on them, and perhaps more importantly, actual stuff to write about  )
