 Xtal frequency of Plus/4

I'm preparing the new release of SVS-Ultimate Map. One of the news will be a multiple table for music notes.
With the appreciated help of Gerliczer and Litwr, we have derived the proper values for TED registers in order to obtain the music notes.

The starting point is, of course, the accurate frequency of the hardware oscillator. I ask you for a confirmation that ALL the 264s are equipped with one of these Xtals:

PAL: 17.734475 Mhz (scaled by 20);
NTSC: 14.31818 Mhz (scaled by 16).

Thank you.

TED 7365/8365 (PAL-N variation in the "Drean 16") is 14.32822 MHz scaled by 16.

 Re: Xtal frequency of Plus/4

We do understand that these values are four times the colour sub-carrier frequencies corresponding to the different TV systems. The question is that do the actual computers run at these base frequencies or not? If not, should we worry about the difference or it can be safely ignored?
