The footage in the video had a vibe of being Street Hawk or copying it more than anything else.
I've never completed OutRun Europa on C64 as the time limit is crazy tight so lost interest early on, it's not as good as C64 Turbo OutRun in my eyes. I played the first 4 stages of the game and don't recall anything that reminds me of this so called remix other than footage & voice sample, the game has a bolted on story of using different rides...
The C64 intro music is more or less a remix of C64 Turbo OutRun any way and sounds nothing like the vid... but yeah the OutRun voice sample was there.
Maybe it's an end of game tune or from a different system and just so happened to use the sample from C64?
