Revived software house MASTERTRONIC is on the verge of Bankruptcy as it teeters on the edge of going under when the owner of the original MASTERTRONIC company purchased the name from SEGA EUROPE LIMITED it appears that this time MASTERTRONIC will either die completely this time or end up being swallowed up by SEGA for a second time!
