I looked through the stuff I have backed up, but this I don't have unfortunately.
JamesC has "disappeared", he hasn't logged in in over 3 years. You could try emailing him (if you've already tried that, you should have mentioned it in the first post  ). That site on stormpages was his. It's odd that that single page still works, the rest of the site seems to be gone (along with his newer side, cbm264.com).
