Did the C64 disk or the game have the year of release noted? This game doesn't, and it would be nice if we could add it to the database. Likely to be around 2002-2004, but that's just a guess.
So, you've completed it, eh? I don't see the tips or the solution added, what gives?  (You have the rights, right?)
