  |   Connect Plus/4 to LCD Monitor
Any recommendations for hardware to connect a Plus/4 to a modern LCD monitor?
Have the composite cable for the Plus/4 that has the three plugs (red, yellow, white) on it.
Maybe it would be just as easy to connect it to a smaller LCD TV that has composite input?

For a better quality connection, you can get an Svideo cable like this:
  http://www.ebay.com/itm/290706211291
You can either get a composite/svideo to VGA converter, such as this:
  http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000XXZQWQ/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00
Or, you can get an LCD TV which takes composite/svideo in.

  Thanks for the information.
The s-video cable looks cool, but don't have s-video input on my Samsung SynchMaster 226BW LCD monitor.
Like the under $30.00 price for the MyGica V2VPro Video to VGA Converter on Amazon.
Will give that option a try.

Make yourself a favour, and connect your Plussy to a bigger LCD TV. 1) CVBS seems to be better than SVideo Dunno why, but that's the case 2) Bigger screen than LCD monitor (I use it on Phlilips 32PFL9704 and it looks great) 3) always have CVBS input 4) More picture setting than on a monitor
Certainly if you already have the monitor, not a question, but if I were you, I would also test it with an LCD TV too.

Have it connected to a 36" Samsung LCD TV and the picture does look good.
Problem is that it is not very convenient to program while sitting on floor in the living room. Want to get it setup on a desk.
Have a Retroswitch Flyer Internet Modem on the way for it ( http://www.retroswitch.com/products/flyer/ ) so the system will have another power adapter and ethernet cable...
So motivation is to get it setup in a permanent place.

I see your point, maybe then we should develop the blutooth keyboard interface for the Plussy and you can program it from the sofa
