Lando guess what I've got hold of (off topic)

Yep its one of the Multimega drives, the one that looks like a portable cd player and is a megadrive with megacd built for the princely sum of £20. My m8 got it for me at the local bootfair wink

I guess you still have yours, and if you do do you know how to load english Megacd's on it?

 Hi m8.

Have you seen that RETROVISION link on the index page? Take a peek if you haven't and hope you can make it!!

Ok's, once you pop the CD in, the machine will read it and after a moment she'll say PRESS START to load the CD.

Make sure you dont have any MegaDrive games in the cart slot, you can only load Mega-CD s from the system screen.

Does your CD game/s state MEGA-CD on it's lable? USA games and machines are called SEGA CD.

Also try any Music CD's to test the drive is ok. A different screen will popup to let you play them.

Maybe the CD is scratched and won't load?? Also try GENS MegaDrive/MegaCD emu. Alot of games will load. If you need the BIOS let me know. What game/s do you have? Internal backup memory for games saves will only last for about 1month if she's unpluged.

Well done on the price, these babys sell for £100+ on eBay. Hope your machine is A-OK.
If all works out for ya get a MegaDrive2 scart cable for best picture wink
