The options I have described should be available in the version included with plus4emu 1.2.9.2, which can be downloaded from here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/plus4emu/files/plus4emu/plus4emu-1.2.9.2/. For image conversion, the "pentium4" packages are faster, but do not run on old CPUs without SSE/SSE2 support.
There should be three dithering options, Type, Limit, and Dither diffusion parameter. The following types are available:
- None
- Ordered (Bayer)
- Ordered (randomized)
- Diffuse (Floyd-Steinberg)
- Diffuse (Jarvis)
- Diffuse (Stucki)
- Diffuse (Sierra2)
