I know they are listed for the ntsc and pal have they been tested on bolth?
I need a real honest answer from a tester?

We have over 6500 pieces of software listed, so it should be no surprise that not all of them have been tested, but many have. No doubt we have some errors in the database.
Which machine do you have, PAL or NTSC? Are you interested in any one piece in particular? Perhaps if you give us more information on what you're after someone can help you out.

Well I have a ntsc plus/4 is there a ftp out there for this specific model?

Not directly, I think. However:
First, if you're looking for any particular game/demo/utility, just look it up here on our site, and once you're on the details page, you will see all the download links for it (and also whether it's NTSC compatible).
Second, if you want to mass download stuff, there are a few FTP sites. Pretty much all the known places are listed here: http://plus4world.powweb.com/downloads, so you can look around there and see which ones are FTP. However, the programs on the various sites are not likely to be categorized into PAL/NTSC folders.
