A quick Google search turned up this result: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Invincible-Mr-Micro-Commodore-VIC-20-/220736803646. Seems like the game did exist.
It wouldn't be listed here (since it's not a Commodore 16/Plus4 game). There are several sites that have partial lists of VIC-20 games, but I don't know of an all-encompassing site (like ours is for the 264 series, or WOS for the Spectrum, etc).
