Hi ins Forum!
Ich suche schon längere Zeit einen Monochrome-Monitor (egal ob grün oder bernstein) passend für meinen +4. Ich habe mir 1989 den +4 als Set bei Vobis gekauft. Mit dabei war ein Amber-Monitor von Thorn-Emi (vielleicht kann sich noch jemand daran erinnern).
Würde aber auch jede andere Marke nehmen!

Schon mal bei Ebay geguckt? Das größte Problem ist meistens der Transport, weil es Monitore oft nur mit "Selbstabholung" gibt.
Ja, an den Thorn-Emi erinnere ich mich (allerdings in der "grünen" Variante). Das war der Standard-Monochrome-Monitor im Set bei Vobis.
Soll es unbedingt ein Monochrome-Monitor sein? Z.B. den Commodore 1802 kann man auch auf "grün" umstellen. Und gerade die Farben sind ja eine der Stärken des plus/4s

Hi!
Es muß auf jeden Fall ein reiner Monochrommonitor sein.
Ich würde auch das höhere Porto aus dem Ausland für einen guten Monitor in Kauf nehmen.

If you can solder, you can break out the video and audio wires from the video DIN connector/cable on the plus/4. You will then have an A-V connector that can plug into a tv. Or, you can then buy an "A-V Box" that allows many A-V connectors to connect to one PC monitor. College kids use this to have x-box and the PC share the same monitor.
I use this setup to connect the plus/4 and a PC to the same monitor when doing disk-PC transfers.

I'm still searching for a monochrome-monitor (green or yellow) which still works with a +4. Does no one here have someone to buy or knows where I can find it?
