Congrats  Why would one want a C116? Because of the formfactor? Otherwise, you'll be happy with your plus/4, I'm sure.
There's not "THE" SID-Card... there have been various types, some never went beyond prototype stage, though.
Solder's SID-Card was the most popular one here in Germany (also outside Germany, you'll find them in some machines  ). Everything related to his SID-Card can be found on his website. There's also a .gif file of the schematics.

I don't know much about the SID-Cards that were/are used in Hungary. Some seem to be the same as Solder's (just a different base address).
