To recover lost C= data, all one has to do is enter the time tunnel, locate the data stream "as it was", and then return with the vital information lost on disk.
One can access the time tunnel to go back in time and see for oneself what really happened 2, 20, 200, even 2000 years ago. The time tunnel is used via the Third Eye of the mind. Which contains the soul. The soul then accesses the time tunnel through electromagnetic vibration.
This is how we know, for example, that Jesus really was crucified under Pontius Pilate. We can go back in time and see for ourselves just by having an OBE (Out-of-Body Experience).

I have some ideas I will whisper into the ears of Plussy developers during concept phase, using this OBE "tool".
Use the money od the 3+1 to something more useful...
6 sound channels, add few waveforms... volume setting on 256 level...
More greys... 16 shades... double color memory...chunky gfx mode...
If I concentrate enough, I am sure it will change the HW on the desk...

Going through the time tunnel requires concentration. Meditate really hard and think of the past, or the future, and WHAMO! You're there!
