 Plus/4 Core for the C-One

Does somebody know, if a Plus/4 Core for the C-One exist (maybe a C16 or V364 Core) or if somebody is working on it? A VIC-20 and of course a C64 core can be downloaded.

Re: Plus/4 Core for the C-One

Yeah, I initiated a discussion on that some time (maybe a year?) ago, but noone was really expert in that coding required for that C-One. Me too (

BTW, I think a PC would LOOK like a Plus/4, and would start up with an emulator by default, may have bigger success (especially compatibility), than such a thing. I am thinking since 1 year a very compact PC based on ATOM or something similar platform, in a compact all-in-on case like Amiga or Plus/4 (with slim DVD burner, and I have the idea on the expandable videocard also).
PC industry starts to be there to have a small, silent, but STILL strong computer in your hands in a compact chassis (I do not speak abot VIA Eden but dual core CPUs). Yeah, it would not be cheap, but Commodore was not too in their shiny area...

The c-one is kind of useless nowadays. But there is a generic C64 core available which could be modified into a plus/4 core.
