There is a beta version for testing available now: http://www.sharemation.com/IstvanV/plus4emu.7z. Since this only includes the main emulator .exe file, you need the 1.2.6.1 package from SourceForge as well.
The two executables were built with different compiler flags, and it would be interesting to see which one runs better with or without floppy emulation (the difference is not expected to be much, though).
