The beta package (http://www.sharemation.com/IstvanV/p4fliconv.7z) is now updated. As requested by Exin, PixelShop and FED format files can be written, and there is also a new utility (p4sconv) that can convert P4S files to any of the supported output formats. Other than that, there are various minor changes, more dithering modes, and a preliminary interlaced multicolor FLI mode where only the bitmaps are interlaced. It does not interlace the background colors and X shift either, though, so the quality is not optimal; these limitations can hopefully be removed later.
