Well, then I do not have much ideas left. Although someone mentioned having problems on a dual monitor machine earlier, but as far as I know, that should have been solved by upgrading the FLTK library. In any case, if you can send the complete error log generated by Windows (with the stack trace etc.), that could help finding out where the program actually crashes.
