Note that the horizontal position is displayed in pixels, and both values are hexadecimal. Also, the vertical position is the internal latched value used by the TED, and the FF1C-FF1E registers are delayed by one cycle when read by the CPU. On a related note, the formats used for video position could be made more consistent in the debugger, since it is now different for each of the following cases:
- video breakpoints use a format similar to the one described above, but the horizontal position is in double clock cycles (4 pixels), and it is adjusted to be more consistent with the FF1E reads
- in trace files, the video position is simply what would be read from FF1C-FF1E in the first cycle of each opcode
Should these be changed to avoid confusion, and if so, how ?
