Plus/4 not working any point in repair

Hi, I have a Plus/4 that only shows thin lines om my TV when connected via my scart. The scart works fine on my other Plus/4.
Is it possible to repair it? Are there spare parts today?
I live in Sweden.

The first thing to do is to check TED and CPU - try swapping them to your working plus/4 - if it stops working, you know what the problem is. Also try the TV output instead of video port - does it help? A lot of things can go wrong, but CPU or TED fail most often.
