A new "beta" Win32 installer built from the current plus4emu sources is now available at SourceForge:

This also includes the latest version of the image converter, with the new experimental multicolor mode, command line is now supported again, PRG files can be saved in compressed format, there are more dithering modes, and some bugs have been fixed. As always, bug reports and suggestions for improvements are welcome.
