A preliminary GUI converter is now available: http://www.sharemation.com/IstvanV/p4fliconv.7z
Some minor functionality is missing, and bug fixing and cleaning up the code may be needed, but it mostly works. Any suggestions about changes to be made to improve the program are welcome.
The package should be extracted to a plus4emu installation directory, and the .exe file can be run from there.
