I have another minor update: http://www.sharemation.com/IstvanV/fliconv.7z
This allows selecting the number of lines - 200, 228, 232, 248, 400, 456, 464, or 496 - on the command line, fixes the PRG file size bug and a few other minor problems (the output may look slightly different, though), and is also somewhat faster.
