OK, I have added the -psn_* command line fix, and the FLTK patch to the SVN sources. The current version can be downloaded with:
svn co http://plus4emu.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/plus4emu/plus4emu
The .app could also be uploaded to the SVN. If you would like to create a binary package, I can add it to the SourceForge download page when 1.1.1 is released.
