Im not really up on these kinds of chips just yet - I suspect it'll take me a while to catch up to everyone else (having only started this kind of thing a few months ago)
Nah...pics are easy-peasy. I've been using them to build my scrolly message board, so I know they are pretty simple. my only concen is that iot won't be fast enough, and that I'll need to add a 20Mhz crystal which would lose a couple of IO pins.
