MMS: the Plus/4 decodes 4 ROM pages of 16k each ie. 64K in 16k pages (if we're talking about what you can find on the cartridge port). A larger ROM cartridge would need some extra banking logics (...nothing really difficult or expensive, though... TTL chips aren't expensive anymore, most of the extra cost would come from the increased complexity of the PCB). C64 cartridge boxes should fit perfectly (the width of the edge connectors differ, but the width of the cartridge ports are the same).
