In effect I always used your *cool* SC, in version 0.82b.
Problem is that since 2 weeks I can't do transfer works.
SC starts and runs (navigation, etc.) but when I attempt to read a real 1541 disk it goes in endless wait.
This wait can be bypassed pressing more times ESC key, to generate the Timeout message.
The 'force async transfer' is checked on setting panel;
I suspect the port (LPT2) lost its setting (SPP).
IRQ and memory base are ok: I can set them by deep switches on the card. When I start PC, the 1541 drive performs a correct reset, then its red led goes off. This is OK isn't?
Bye, and thanx for your kind replies.
