I can't count how many people asked me this!... Y'all know I love you guys, and I don't expect everyone to remember all the stuff I do on the site (let's face it, Plus/4 World and forums in general are relics... apparently). But this feature was announced last year.
So here's your friendly reminder 
If you vote at all, thank you! If all you want to do is click a number from 0 to 10, it is literally only two clicks, go for it. However, you can refine your vote even further by voting "8.5" for example.
Why would anyone want to do that? You could be thinking...
* Bridgehead and Alien Invasion are the same game... I give it a solid 6. But I still dislike the knock-off, so that one gets a 5.9.
* I love all the new TCFS games, they are all solid 10! But I still want to rank them, so:
Giana Sisters: 9.901
Donkey Kong: 9.902
Lemmings: 9.903
etc.
In this last example, you can see that one could have a 100 games "sorted" by their votes. I personally give lots of 10s, but after a while, that bothered me; I still wanted to distinguish between them, hence this feature.
Your vote is shown to you "as-is" (e.g. 8.5), but for simplicity's sake, it's shown rounded to everyone else. That's why some games look like they have 5 votes of "10", but the average is 9.9.
The feature is there, use it if you wish!

The text on a game's page: "You can also with using fractions (e.g. 8.5, 9.99, etc.)"
Please rephrase that to "You can also vote using fractions (e.g. 8.5, 9.99, etc.)"

A suggestion:
You could make voting mandatory or ask for it if:
* registeres user
* goes to the gamepage
* downloads the game
* if option is enabled in his account settings.

We can vote with fractions (or technically, decimals), or we can vote using fractions (decimals).
