Nice and clean, I like it! Perhaps it would have been nicer with a blue/red C= logo.

There is a low quality image of Snoopy on the roof in one Finnish Commodore 16 brochure. First I recreated the image (that explains Snoopy's odd head shape) and then made some small improvements. The Commodore sign seemed to have colors in the brochure image but I was too lazy to color the sign in my version 
I left room at the bottom of the image for a scroller text, a menu, or a timer, or something, if someone has a tune or two that suit the image and would like to use it

The original Snoopy image can be found on the Plus/4 Demos marketing disk.
Select 'Menu Type Demo' on the main screen, then you'll get the Snoopy option.
Or just load and run "MSNOOPY" from the disk

@Spektro, @Chris has found C16 Demo, the exact rolling demo used for the Finnish launch of the Commodore 16, from where the famous Snoopy's bitmap has been taken in order to appear in that Finnish brochure

Nice find! The brochure has 3 of the demo's images: Snoopy, color palette (all text are in English), and cosine graph. In addition there is a multicolor bitmap image of a phone with Commodore logo and an image of a green train, that may be a game.
I didn't know that there is a Swedish Kernal for the C16. I suppose there is no copy of it on the Plus/4 World?
