| Interesting chart - number of games release figure
Just today there was a great post about the number of official game releases per different platforms. There were some questionmarks, but for me looks valid.
I tried to figure out where is our platform, and probably found it. Please let me know if I found the wrong green one
I think at the end of 80, in 90s and recently there were so many conversion and homebrew (some are really professional) releases, that this green line may continue further :-)

I would say we are more likely in the slightly darker green bit just above the Amiga.

If you follow the right side's color coding and it's sequence, we should be above the CPC, but below the ST

here is a chart from Mobygames. There the C16 is explicitely marked.. And it goes even to 2018.. I was a little scared about the end of the one up there.. This one here has a more reasonable stat at it's end, at least for me ..

Whoever did this, about C16 he has considered as valid some reported 1983 dates too *facepalm*

Some of the early converted titles show 1983 as a release date. I think the creator of chart cannot questionmark the data at such level of details, but we know it could be wrong (but not because the creator of the chart made any mistake)
1989: when I was at secondary school, there was an IT shop, and I frequently visited it. For me it looked like Novotrade made some late releases to the platform.
OFF BTW in Hungary the nickname of +4 (due to a silly post in a mag from CoVboy) was "high flying pink flamingo"… and what is out color in the chart? Certainly PINK :-)

That again? How many times do I have to tell you that it's flamingo soaring in clouds?
