Recommendations for Windows 10 emulator

Simply wonder which of the emulators is likely to give the best experience under Windows 10.

Thanks for that. Is there something weird with the joystick mapping to keyboard. When I try it with icicle works I can only get the character to move left?

Well, I guess check the Settings | Input Setup dialog carefully, and make sure you select "joystick" in the game itself.

If that doesn't work, perhaps give Plus4Emu a shot.
