It totally flies against the spirit of the Olympics for them to start waving copyright notices. That tune should be public domain, and a tune which should be played at every Olympics.

This is ridiculous, even though I am all envious for the technology... could it them being extra alert for it being an Olympics tune?

Totally pissed off...
Gaia, it's a Britsh movie tune and yes London 2012 has abused the use of it. :)
Didn't even think or expect a copyright notice. The game is not even eligible for copyright, no credit for use of the music in-game or on the contents of the cover. It's an argument that belong's in 1985 because as far as we are all aware the Software House who made it owns the copyright. I'm sure Tube is covering it's own rear but still, spam adverts when all it is is an effort to capture some video evidence of it's in action, sucks.
All proceeds should go to the man on the front cover of the game!
