@Waz Yep, Video Meanies is another of his gems which I enjoyed. The C64 port was decent. There's probably a few C16 games which should be ported to the C64.
Both Monty Mole games. Different to the C64 versions. Xzap Jetbrix Auto Zone Tom Thumb (someone was working on it some years back, but the project seems to be dead now).

I quite like Video Meanies too, @retroscener - it's quite a good little challenging game and enjoyed that on both Plus/4 and C64.
The C16 release actually got remade for the C64 - so definitely need to give that another go sometime. All the others you mention are good games and all well worth a play.

Quite surprised not to see Tony Kelly make the top ten list. Despite releasing fewer games, I put him alongside Sout for game masterpieces.
Big Mac, Mr. Puniverse & Squirm are gems. All making only #21, #31 & #33 respectively, if you remove the 64k releases.

BTW, it's not that I don't want to add this - this feature goes on the TODO list. The problem is that (as I mentioned in the thread about releases) the database isn't quite structured right.
Case in point: Tetris 2K21 or The Frog (which is hands down the best Frogger on our platform) both have dedicated 16K versions... But the programs are marked as 64K/32K respectively. One program, two releases... sounds familiar When I try to wrap my head around what it would take to get this right, my mind boggles. On that note, when you browse games, and look at Froggers for example, the votes should be showing and you should be able to sort by that, right...? Each of those would be a mini Top List. There's endless work to be done - but never fear, once Plus/4 World makes enough dough, I'll be able to quit my job and run it full time
Anyway, that's the best we have for now.

What a great list!
On the other hand I never really liked Bongo. It is impressive, but I think the Magician's Curse with it's perfect sprite and action adventure setting is pretty nice game to fit to the Top10, and Mark J. Moore would have a place on the list for his great software sprite games.

Definitely shows too that there were software companies that supported the C16 and Plus/4 well - Anirog/Anco, Mastertronic, Gremlin.

I regularly refer to the Commercial Games Only list (thank you @Csabo for the reminder) when evaluating how good a game was in its original release era when the C16 and Plus/4 were commercially supported - hence the comment in my Tutti Frutti review about it being one of the best commercial 16K releases, as it is.
Intrerestingly, taking out the Plus/4 only games out of that list does sort of make a C16 (16K) list - which might be something to add as a separate or filter by memory as @MMS suggested. A quick manual do of that and we see it like this at present:
Top 10 Commercial Only C16 and Plus/4 16k Games
1 - Summer Events (9.4) 2 - Winter Events (9.4) 3 - Tom Thumb (9.1) 4 - Tutti Frutti (8.7) 5 - Bongo (8.7) 6 - Trailblazer (8.6) 7 - Arthur Noid (8.5) 8 - Timeslip (8.4) 9 - Kikstart (8.4) 10 - Phantom (8.3)
So that's four Udo Gertz (and three of the top four), four Shaun Southern, as well as Jon Williams and Julian Jameson having one each. Backs up my long held view that Udo and Shaun were the best two to get the best out of 16K.

Thank you!
Well, it is pretty close to that what I was looking for I did not notice that button, sorry (or maybe forgotten it? maybe we spoke about that in the past maybe...)
Though there would be great to have a filter on the top for 16K, 64K és 256K ( LOL ) games. (and if we have only a bad crack with and intro, maybe 32K too)

It's not exactly what you're asking, but if you click "Commercial Games Only" on the Top List page, most of the worthy C16 classics will be on that list.

| Toplist 16K Games
I recently saw a review on the 264 platform, andI tried to find some old decent 16K games, like Tutty Frutty,
"Unfortunately" due to the massive and outstanding work of some sceners (beforehand and recently) the good old games we loved in our childhood, are mostly out of the Top50.
Do you think it would worth to have a separate Top 50 Games 16K (like in the demos)?
