Hi there,
If it's not up here in our <a href="/publications">publications</a> section, then take a look at our <a href="/downloads">downloads</a> page, which contains pretty much all the known sites with Plus/4 stuff on it. As far as I know, we have largest publications section (brag brag  ), your next bets would be Chris' site (commodore16.com), C16 Chris' site (c16chris.de) or JamesC's site (cbm264.com).
It's also possible that one someone here has any particular book you'd be looking for, and would be willing to scan/OCR it as long as you ask nicely.
