| Author's Notes | In my opinion this is a well done logo painting program, coded by TCFS. With all due respect however, I think the original version is nearly unusable. All other logo painters worked by using the cursor keys and the number keys to put down pixels, that was about it. Well, in this one, you had to use ESC to step between the colors, and you had to use another key to put that color down to the cursor's position. You *could* use the cursor keys to move around, but even that works in a "moves-only-while-you-hold-it" manner.
So, back in the day, I patched this program. For one, you can use the numbers to put down colors, and second, the controls work in the usual "steps once, waits, then starts to repeat" manner. Sometimes the line between useless and useful is such small details. Also, I think I added the text around the "TCFS" logo on the main screen. |
