| | Instructions | To create a letter with this program, follow these steps:
- Load and run the program.
- "Give name of char": type a letter from "A" to "S". (The screen says A-M, but the letter corresponds to "FONT" files on the disk, and the last one is "S".)
- Type "Y" to accept the font, or "N" to choose a different one. (Note that if an invalid selection was made, the font will not change and no message will be shown.)
- "Sound set": type a letter from "A" to "H".
- Type "Y" to accept the music, or "N" to choose a different one.
- Start typing! The following hotkeys are available:

After pressing Run/Stop, the screen will display "SAVING TEXT & LOADING COMPACKER".
Once "NEW PROG.NAME" appears on the screen, type a filename (maximum 16 characters) and press return.
The screen will flash blue/gray.
Once completed, the program will stop with "?SYNTAX ERROR in 250", but the letter has been successfully saved to disk and can be loaded.

| | Description | Programs created with this utility will have "PROG. BY DELI" in the BASIC listing.
The 8 included musics can be run by loading them individually (e.g. LOAD"SOUND (A-H)",8,1) and typing SYS5888. (Note: some archived disks have Sound A (Mr. Puniverse) not working. If the loading address of this file is $1001 instead of $1700, the music will not work.)
Laser Typer appears to be an earlier version. The name "LASER TYPER" does not appear anywhere in the program yet. Differences: more manual usage, music cannot be selected (it's fixed to Mr. Puniverse), but much more fonts (56).
