Over a decade ago, SVS and JamesC obtained a license to distribute GEOS Plus/4 in English. They have to abide by the terms of that license, mainly that you (or anyone else who requests a copy) provide proof of ownership of another version of GEOS. This may be as simple as emailing a unique photograph of your C64 or 128 GEOS boot disk to either SVS or JamesC.
Please note, any GEOS images provided by SVS or JamesC are electronically marked. If any turn up on a website for download, they will know whose image was posted. |
