i wrote a gfx converter a few years ago, it can convert into botticelli format and much more,
(i can't remember exactly). there is a version of it to convert into FLI format,
including Murphy's colorFLI format. these converters are unfinished, but can be useful, so i'll fix&upload them there are gfx editors too (on PC), to edit MultiBotticelli,32x8Logo,colorFLI etc. formats
so, if anyone interested, i'll upload them soon
