I will publish the circuit for the SID-card in the next days on my homepage www.solder-synergy.de. The GAL is very simple. You can also use a hardwired logic with LS30/LS138 or other to decode the adresses ($fd40-$fd5f is basis, $fe80-$fe9f is mirror of this, $fd50 is gameport (bit's for direction like C64) and $fd51-$fd5f is mirror of this.)
