Subject: LAST UNI(CORN) MAIL!
|
Hi homies,
wow, once again I made it to these sacred halls. I'm just back from the university office... Now I'm a REAL drop out! On the way to the office I met this girl who asked for the way to the HISTORY of ART Institute. Well,
I told her... She said I'll start studying there in two weeks. And that almost made me change my mind :) Boy was she fine!
Anyway, now some plus/4 stuff...
Mike...
Yes, HYPERSPORTS is a multi load. It consists of a base part which is kept in RAM all the time and four additional parts each containing two disciplines. Can't try it on MINUS4 'cause my PC already "left" Berlin :(
So did my TV, my stereo, my bass guitar, my girl friend... No wait, she left me, not Berlin.
What about that Cross-Assembler? How's your Shoot'em Up doing?
Already got a name for it? Include "Magnetic Storms" which reverse the steering... That's an easy one to do and adds some conFUsioN. Earning credits for extra weapons (like in XENON II...) would be cool, too. Will it have SID or TED music/FX or no sound at all like unfortunately most plus/4 games? Will it be ready for the X-Mas sale :) ?
Luca...
Hypersports wasn't well spread! (Actually, I have never seen a CRACK!)
It's part of the KONAMI COIN OP HITS compilation. There's an English and a German version of this compilation. GREEN BERET was indexed in Germany...
Probably due to the extremely "soft" scrolling which causes irreparable damages to plus/4's psyche. I copied all parts to disk. However, it's not supporting disk drives... Though, by merging the base code and the first additional part you'll be able to play "SWIMMING" and "SKEETSHOOT".
Whenever I see my beloved plus/4 again I`ll send you a copy!
Ray Allen...
On some old disks I remember seeing several TERMINAL emulations... I don't know if there was a VT100 one. I'll check that... (Since I'm moving it'll take ages!)
DJ...
"Being able to read German..." If somebody needs help with German documentation, I'm willing to help.
OK, that's it (sniff, sniff)
See you somewhere soon (hopefully),
CHICKEN/BOOGERCUBES
