Well if I had that card in my machine I would do the following
on Plus4 type
>FF19 00
>FF15 00
>FF06 00
grab the screen to pal00.tga
>FF06 1B
And I would just do this for the rest 127 colors incrementing the 00 -s.
:) Tedious but works. :)
