Tibor Biczo sent me his famous TED files over the summer, and they describe actual luminance voltages and chrominance phase angles from the chip... BUT they don't correlate with anything I've ever observed on screen, so I never got around to doing an RGB chart like I had done with NES colours...
However, if enough people are interested I'll type in the tables and post them here ;)
